Yes, this tzatziki is naturally vegan. This easy, budget-friendly sauce uses vegan Greek yogurt, fresh cucumber, garlic, lemon, and dill. Ingredients
- 1/2 large english cucumber
- 1 pint of greek vegan yogurt (plain)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- dill to taste
- lemon juice to taste
Instructions
- Add everything to the food processor except the lemon juice.
- Next, blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth without any chunks of veggies.
- Taste it and add lemon juice and salt as needed.
