Yes, this tzatziki is naturally vegan. This easy, budget-friendly sauce uses vegan Greek yogurt, fresh cucumber, garlic, lemon, and dill. Ingredients

  • 1/2 large english cucumber
  • 1 pint of greek vegan yogurt (plain)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • dill to taste
  • lemon juice to taste

Instructions

  • Add everything to the food processor except the lemon juice.
  • Next, blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth without any chunks of veggies.
  • Taste it and add lemon juice and salt as needed.
