5-Minute Vegan Microwave Fudge Squares (No-Bake, Oat Milk Chocolate)

Craving chocolate? Make these 5-minute vegan fudge squares! This no-bake recipe uses oat milk for a delicious, melt-in-your-mouth frosty texture. Just microwave & chill!

Ingredients

Note: if you want a smaller quantity, just have milk to vegan dark chocolate ratio be 1:2

  • ¾ cup oat milk (unsweetened and unflavored)
  • 1 ½ cup vegan dark chocolate - small chips will melt easier, but if all you have is a bar, you might want to chop that up to quicken the melt time
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Optional: Flaky sea salt, crushed peppermint, chopped nuts

Instructions

  • Grab a small, rectangular microwave-safe glass tupperware
  • Add the oat milk and dark chocolate to the tupperware
  • Microwave the mixture for 30 sec intervals, stirring each time until chocolate is fully melted
  • Put the top on the tupperware and throw it in the freezer for a few hours until solidified
  • Optionally add flaky sea salt or crushed peppermint, chopped nuts, etc.
  • Cut into squares within the tupperware.
