Ingredients
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup walnuts
- ⅓ cup tahini
- Sesame seeds, for rolling (optional but recommended)
Instructions
- In a food processor fitted with an S-blade, blend all ingredients except the sesame seeds until a sticky mixture forms.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet (or directly into a container if not coating).
- Roll the balls in sesame seeds to coat, if desired.
