High-Protein Vegan Blueberry Maple Smoothie (Pre-Workout or Meal Replacement)

Boost your energy with this high-protein vegan blueberry maple smoothie! Quick to make, packed with antioxidants, and perfect as a pre-workout fuel or breakfast staple.
Ingredients
- 1L ninja blender cup
- 200 mL oat milk
- 60g of plant protein (PBFit, Pea Protein, etc); optional
- 30-50g vanilla vegan yogurt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- Large handful of spinach leaves
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Add all of the above ingredients into a 1L blender cup (we used the ninja one)
- Add cool water into the same cup to fill in the gaps. Fill just until it reaches the blueberries at the top.
- Blend until smooth and serve!
