Boost your energy with this high-protein vegan blueberry maple smoothie! Quick to make, packed with antioxidants, and perfect as a pre-workout fuel or breakfast staple.

Ingredients

  • 1L ninja blender cup
  • 200 mL oat milk
  • 30-50g vanilla vegan yogurt
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 60g of plant protein (PBFit, Pea Protein, etc); (optional, for added protein)
  • Large handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (No ice needed as frozen blueberries chill the smoothie without watering it down.)

Instructions

  • Add all of the above ingredients into a 1L blender cup (we used the ninja one). (Adding the liquids first like oat milk, syrup, and yogurt will give you a smoother blend)
  • Add cool water into the same cup to fill in the gaps. Fill just until it reaches the blueberries at the top.
  • Blend until smooth and serve!
